How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order with us is very simple. We have an online store of custom apparel that we have designed for anyone to purchase at any time. Simply select your option(s), add to cart, and check out. If you are interested in having your very own custom apparel designed, we have contact forms that are addressed directly to us for your specific job(s). Input your custom apparel details and we will respond to you within 24 hours of request with purchasing details (price, quantity, payment options). Want to have your brand on apparel? Click on the link YOUR BRAND and fill out the necessary form. We will respond to your request within 24 hours with purchasing details.
Payment & Shipping
We accept online payments of all major credit cards and debit cards with credit card logo, with the exception of American Express. Our shipping option is through the USPS. Shipping Charges for items to be shipped within the United States are based on the weight of the product and location to be shipped. Shipping will be calculated at checkout using USPS calculations. Taxes are also charged at checkout. Currently do not ship internationally. If you are within the Greater Atlanta Area and would prefer to pick up your items in person, we will arrange a scheduled pickup.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
When checking out on our site, you are using our secured gateway STRIPE. You may use Visa, Mastercard, or Discover and any debit card with one of the 3 options displayed on your card.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final on custom designed items. There is a NO RETURN policy on custom designed items. If there is a defect of some sort caused by Perfect Prints, we will exchange that item out with a newly replaced item. In the case of size issues, we will exchange those items out to you for the proper size. If you need to send us items back for exchange, the customer (you) are responsible for the shipping and handling charges. Full refunds will be handled on a case by case situation for defective items, improper designs, non-receipt of items, and damaged items.
